1. Consultation
We review your menu, concept, and goals. We’ll recommend equipment, layout, and what it’ll take to pass inspection.

2. Design & Quote
Once your needs are clear, we create a custom layout and a quote based on your specific requirements.

3. Health Plan Drawings
After the deposit, we produce professional layout plans for your local health department to review and approve. We work directly with the health department if there are to be any changes or modifications.

4. Fabrication
Your truck is professionally built by our trusted partners. We keep you updated at every major milestone.

5. Final Inspection & Delivery
Once the build is complete, we are there with you at the health department to ensure you pass your final inspection. Then we hand you the keys.
